Olive rosate coltivate in Sicilia
The Rosé Castelvetrano variety are fresh, recently harvested olives left to carefully ripen until they reach their characteristic rosy undertones before they are expertly seasoned with Sicilian spices. They have a spherical shape, a firm and meaty flesh and an unmistakeable taste that is typically bitter.
Serving suggestion
Seasoned with spices that bring to mind the flavours and aromas of the Mediterranean, these olives are excellent served with cheese or cured meat. For an aperitif, they pair well with red wine or white and rosé sparkling wines, prosecco, spumante and champagne.
