The Halkidiki Pitted Green Olives come from the Chalkidiki peninsula, in Greece, and stand out for their large diameter, measuring over two centimetres. Ideal for destoning, their flesh is crunchy and succulent. Their savoury flavour, accompanied by a delicately fruity aroma, pairs well with citrus. A Greek delicacy, these olives represent a product of remarkable quality.
