Ancient and precious olives

Kalamon Olives come from Greece and are named after the city of Kalamata, situated between the sea and the hills to the south of the Peloponnese. They are one of the oldest Greek varieties, the undisputed star of Greek table olives and found on tables all over the world.
With a black and purple colour, long shape and succulent flesh, these olives are characterised by a unique taste and unmistakable mildly bitter flavour.

Serving suggestion

Created for aperitifs, the Pitted Kalamon Olives with Orange and Wild Fennel also make for a delectable and healthy starter or snack. They can even be paired with cheese and fish, for a citrussy and Mediterranean touch.
