Serving suggestion
With a more delicate flavour than the caper, but just as aromatic, the Caper Berry is particularly delicious enjoyed raw, because all of its aromas stay intact. It is perfect for a healthy, plant-based aperitif, on bruschetta with tomatoes and mozzarella, in fresh salads with grains or legumes, or paired with soft cheese, roast meat and fish. It can even be used to add flavour to Mediterranean vegetables or baked with fish in the oven, which pairs nicely with its slightly acidic taste.
