1987
In 1987, our father Angelo Mancini,
after working in a family setting for a long time,
had the intuition to create a company specialising
in the processing of table olives. It was an ambitious project, aimed at the future and it brought together 5 founders
with the common goal of becoming The Olive Masters
to offer the best table olive experience beyond any border.

Today
Commitment, dedication and skills ensured that, within a few years,
Madama Oliva was consolidated on the Italian market.
Today, it is us, Antonio and Sabrina Mancini, together with our father Angelo,
leading the company with the valuable contribution of our employees.
