Think of a land close to the sea, pampered by the sun, sweet and generous. It is in such a place that Nocellara del Belice was born, in that green strip of land in the province of Trapani, a few kilometers from the sea, where the temples of Selinunte have protected it for more than 2600 years. With a firm and fleshy pulp, unmistakable for its spherical shape, it is expertly seasoned with aromatic herbs to enhance its typically bitter taste.

Natural Nocellara del Belice PDO Olives, seasoned with aromatic herbs, due to their typical flavor are ideal to be enjoyed alone as a snack or snack. In the kitchen they are used in appetizers of aged cheeses, as a side dish or to flavor meat or fish-based main courses.
