The Halkidiki Pitted Green Olives grow in the Chalkidiki peninsula, in Greece. These olives are quite large, at over two centimetres in diameter, which make them excellent for destoning. Their crunchy, juicy and meaty flesh has a savoury flavour and a delicate, fruity aroma.
The height of regional excellence, they are a rare product of remarkable quality.

Serving suggestion

The Special Jars with Lemon and Mint Pitted Green Olives are particularly suitable at an aperitif, paired with white wine, fizz or fresh and light cocktails. They can also be paired with soft cheese and crudités.
