The most popular olives
Leccino Olives are among the most widely cultivated olives. Their delicate flavour makes them particularly appreciated both as a snack and in cooking. Various references to this cultivar date back to the Middle Ages. Although native to central Italy, they are now grown throughout the country. Specifically, for the Madama Oliva Snack Line, only fruits cultivated in Puglia have been selected.
This olive’s soft, sweet taste complements its tender yet firm texture.
