Greek excellence

The olives selected to create this product come from Greece. The green olives are the Halkidiki variety and the black Kalamon. Halkidiki Olives have a large fruit with meaty, succulent and crunchy flesh and a delicately fruity aroma. Kalamon Olives are black and purple in colour, have a longer shape, juicy flesh and unmistakeable mildly bitter taste. Expertly seasoned, these two flavours bring out the best of each other.

Serving suggestion

The Aperitif Medley, as hinted by its name, is perfect for an aperitif, but it is also an excellent pairing for soft cheese and cured meat and a delicious addition to salads, including rice and pasta salads. It also works well stuffed in bread rolls and wraps.
