The succulent Olives of the Aegean Sea
The Giant Green Aperitif Olives come from Chalkidiki, a Greek peninsula near Thessaloniki, formed of three strips of land that stretch out into the Aegean Sea. For nearly two centuries the olive tree has been an extremely important point of reference for economic life, as well as the cultural traditions of the local people.
These olives have large fruits with a meaty and crunchy flesh. They are particularly loved for their delicate aroma and bright colour.
Serving suggestion
The Seasoned Aperitif Green Organic Olives are excellent for pairing with aperitifs, or as nibbles or starters with aged cheeses and cured meats. They can also be used to enrich salads or alongside cold roast meat.
