We call olives by their name: Leccino. Taggiasca, Gaeta, Halkidiki, Kalamata, Castelvetrano, Nocellara Etnea, Bella di Cerignola, Conservolea, Itrana. Each variety of olive has unique characteristics. Different aromas and flavours that we enhance with careful and expert processing.
The Mancini family has processed and preserved olives for over a hundred years. This knowledge led to a selection of cultivars of Italian and Greek olives, including organic ones, that encompasses the best of this fascinating fruit. For each one we have chosen the most suitable methods of preservation and created unique recipes, so that you can enjoy their best flavour.
From classic brines to condiments with aromas and spices, at Madama Oliva we also offer fresh olives, without preservatives, for an authentic taste. Our other products include classic and gourmet combinations, pestos and pâtés. Fresh from the fridge, or in jars and tins from the pantry, our Madama Oliva olives are always ready to accompany an aperitif or add a unique flair to any dish.
