Ricotta cheese cream with Nocellara del Belice Olives

The ricotta dessert with our delicious Nocellara del Belice Olives is a quick and easy dessert to prepare. A recipe that will end your meal in the best way because it is made even more delicious by the unexpected taste that comes from the fusion of this variety of flavors.

Ingredients

Ricotta cheese: 300 g
Nocellara del Belice PDO black olives: 100 g
Icing sugar: 40 g
Wholemeal Bread: 6 slices
Apricot Jam: to taste
Red Cranberries: 50 g

Preparation

Pass the ricotta through a sieve in order to make it softer and creamy. Mix it in a bowl with the icing sugar.

Make quenelles and place them in the centre of the serving dish. Toast the slices of bread and place them next to the quenelles of ricotta.

Spread the cranberries and the black Nocellara del Belice Olives around the plate and finish with a few drops of apricot jam.
